Logistics release notes 3.21

New features

Complete fleet on the map

  • The dashboard map now shows every shipment at once, instead of only the first page of the list — accounts with thousands of shipments finally see their whole fleet at a glance.

  • The map, the Locations list, and the Stages tab now work from a single, consistent set of data, so search, active/archived filtering, and cluster drill-down stay in sync across all of them.

  • Clusters can be opened down to individual shipments, and returning from a shipment’s details restores the full map view.

In-platform Help Desk

  • Organizations and their members are now automatically registered in the Moeco Help Desk.

  • Customers can raise support requests by email or through the support portal with no manual setup — access is granted as soon as a member joins an organization, and is removed when they are suspended.

Technical improvements

  • The shipment list now loads and filters almost instantly, even for accounts with thousands of shipments, where it previously took several seconds.

  • Sea (vessel) tracking is more reliable: estimated arrival and departure events are now processed correctly after the data provider changed how it labels them, so estimated port and vessel milestones are no longer missed.

  • Shipments that track the same container now share a single tracking subscription, which avoids duplicate-subscription errors and reduces tracking cost.

  • Waypoint markers and their geofences now follow one consistent set of display rules across the shipment and device maps, and the route destination is always shown with a finish-flag marker and its geofence.

  • Plus a range of behind-the-scenes improvements to infrastructure, security, and maintainability that keep the platform fast, stable, and reliable.

Bug fixes

  • Fixed the alert-events counter on a shipment showing more events than were actually listed.

  • Fixed vessel tracking updates being dropped because of a background processing error.

  • Fixed waypoint geofences appearing or disappearing inconsistently when switching between the shipment and device maps.

  • Fixed the map and list falling out of sync — for example the map resetting to all shipments — after returning from a shipment’s details.

  • Fixed being left on a blank page after logging out of the administration panel.

  • Restored the “Add sensors” button for importing more devices into a device group that already contains devices.
