Extended Data in Webhooks

• Introduced a new Include Extended Data option for webhook configurations.

• When enabled, webhooks now include detailed Cell and Wi-Fi scan information.

Support for Read-Only Links in Public API

• Shipment creation and retrieval endpoints now return a view-only link that allows end customers to track or view shipment details without authentication.

• All services have been upgraded to a modern, stable runtime environment with updated dependencies.

• This improves security and ensures long-term support compatibility.
