The device ships without accessories.

Identifying the device

Each tracker has a sticker on the back with the following information:

  1. Product name

  2. Product model

  3. Operating temperature range

  4. IP class

  5. Charger parameters

  6. Place of manufacture

  7. Compliance markings

  8. Unique device ID (UID), may be requested by the technical support team

  9. QR code, required to register the tracker with the Moeco online platform
