Troubleshooting

If any part of the device is damaged or the device does not work as intended, do not attempt to repair the device yourself. Contact the technical support team at support@moeco.io.

Note

Any repair attempts by the user that are out of the scope provided by this document will void the device’s warranty.

If LED #4 is off, make sure that the gateway can access the Internet.

If LEDs #5 and #6 are off, contact the technical support team.

LEDs #1 and #2 may or may not be on, depending on the gateway being able to geolocate its position and connect to 4G.

LED #3 may blink irregularly when the gateway accesses the MicroSD card.
